This is a revelation akin to the one when it was leaked that the NSA was collecting all of our electronic communications. Anyone even slightly paying attention knew this was going, they saw the NSA data centers rapidly going up all over the country. They saw the reports of them being marvels of storage and I/O functions. They saw reports on how telco trunk lines were forked to these data centers. Then so many people pikachu faced when it came out that the NSA was collecting our communications.

Well, at least it’s out, gonna assume the same will be done about it as the NSA program. If they even make a show of supposedly shutting down the collection program, rather than just shrug and continue.
