Is this the mosaic that Andy found several dislocated tiles from? We never got to see it because the foreman / site coordinator had it dug up & disposed of overnite. Andy returned to work to find his dig site & the entire area had been graded/bulldozed.
I don’t know who Andy is, but this mosaic has been preserved since the 17th century, I think, so probably not the one you’re referring to.
