SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. – A not guilty plea was entered Wednesday on behalf of a former Sun Prairie school resource officer charged with child sex crimes.

Lamont Crockett, 34, stood silent during his arraignment Wednesday afternoon as a court entered the not guilty plea, online records show. Crockett faces felony charges of sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with children, child enticement, and exposing a child to harmful material.
