Aren’t all Time Lords canonically gender fluid?
I am getting really tired of the media making a big deal out of a tiny minority of whiny snowflakes who can’t stand to see the world change crying like children over every little thing.
Stop putting the idiots on the podium and handing them the mic.
honestly, my only issue was the off-message, sexist and unnecessary ‘men can’t let go of things’ jibe at the end of the episode.

I realize you probably didn’t mean to do this, but this comes across as a red herring logical fallacy. I mean, I sincerely do hear you, but it’s difficult to take seriously since it comes across as dismissive and diversionary. The right wing is fond of doing that very thing with its whatabout-isms, which unfortunately is a real effective way of changing the conversation with a distraction. Again, I hear you and I don’t think you’re lying, but that’s not what this article is about.
No, you’re absolutely right, and I honestly had no issue with the incorporation of both disabled and trans characters and narratives in the story. I actively think it is really good that media are pushing themselves to be more inclusive!
The only reason I mentioned the ‘holding on to things’ aspect from this episode was that it felt so out of place and I haven’t seen it discussed elsewhere.
Thank you for querying me, as it gave me a chance to clarify my position.
It was a jab by a character who’s sometimes a bit mean. I didn’t mind that, except for the fact that the Doctor was literally a woman just recently and Donna knew it.
I mean we can’t. We struggle with accepting the world as it is and seek to manipulate it into the world that we’re comfortable with, often at the cost of others.
I’m really sorry, I’m confused about what you mean. What in my comment were you responding to?
I think elements of it were a bit on the nose and preachy, but on the other hand, I guess there are a lot of people who still need to be preached at.
