As of this writing, Firewall Ultra is still available for sale on the PlayStation Store and there’s no details yet on any plans to wind down its online services.

Both Solaris but from what I heard even more so Firewall Ultra felt like they were really stuck in the past regarding the VR game mechanics. Besides, having a PSVR exclusive multiplayer shooter is probably a really difficult field to be in currently.
Still sad to see them shut down, I hope all of the people there find a great place work somewhere else.
