It’s pretty typical for nations at war to impose censorship, the US has done similarly during wartime. Reading the source material in the attached PDF, it seems like the restricted topics are what one would expect.
This is a real nothing of a story. Of course a military doesn’t want people reporting on sensitive intelligence and troop locations during wartime.
