I use a 12 Oz ceramic mug with a silicone lid. Ceramic is perfect for coffee. It initially sucks some of the excess heat out of the coffee and then maintains a fairly stable temp after that. It’s dishwasher safe, microwave safe and imparts no flavor like plastic and stainless.
