En uberhaupt om brede welvaart als uitgangspunt te nemen bij overheidsbeleid natuurlijk, voor nóg een hoger abstractieniveau.

Volgens mij pleit ze er dus precies wel voor om minder sterke en arme mensen te helpen - omdat dat de leefbaarheid verbetert.
