If you want to offer help, and it starts and ends with “reinstall” or the like – don’t. That may fix all issues usually, but never leads to finding causes. It should be a last resort, not the first reflex.

Generally, try to keep the low effort jokes, begging for free work etc. to the general cesspools, kthx.
