Welcome to the community dedicated to Twisted Tales from Behind the Shadows, a Denver-based horror series that almost saw the light of night.

This late-60s gem was meant to be a low-budget, spine-chilling addition to the late-night lineup, shot for a small local public station that specialized in experimental programs and public-access oddities.

Crafted on a shoestring budget, Twisted Tales from Behind the Shadows was raw, eerie, and filled with dark, unpolished charm—each episode was set to explore a strange mix of horror, the paranormal, and the downright bizarre, but none of it ever aired.

The show was pulled at the last minute, and until now, these forgotten tales have remained hidden in the shadows, unseen by the public.

I worked there once—in the shadows of my imagination—and, in some strange way, I’m still there.
