A resource for survivors. All survivors. Women & men are both welcome here.

RELATED COMMUNITY : https://lemmy.world/c/rapeallies

SOME STUFF :

Turn off your direct messages.

Specific rule regarding potentially triggering or sexually explicit content!

If you decide to share your story here, and it includes one or more potential “Trigger Warnings,” please specify them in the title! This should be done in the following format:

TW: ONEWORD, ANOTHERWORD, etc., listing all potential TWs. If you choose to include explicit content (which is your right depending on your story and your need for advice), I would greatly appreciate it if you marked your posts as NSFW (18+) in the title!

The labels “TW” and “NSFW (18+)” can be combined if necessary.

Please respect this rule. It’s very important that all our users feel comfortable, and that’s why I want to avoid making our communities uncomfortable.

In case of harmful behavior of an user, please comment in the pinned feed I created here.

PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE POSTING.

RULES :

Rule 1) Be kind and civil. Be polite. All behaviors involving victim blaming will result into a ban.

Rule 2) I recommend that you avoid sending private messages to users who post here as much as possible. If you do, your behavior must remain appropriate and respectful; otherwise, you could be reported and banned.

Rule 3) This may seem obvious, but don’t encourage the OP to engage in self-destructive or risky behavior. Remember the person behind the screen. Don’t pressure the OP to do this or that; instead, suggest actions and support them as best you can.
