    The political system is working as intended, and it will not change even if by some insane miracle she did get elected. I’d love to vote for Jill (again), but there’s just no path to any real governance-based fixes until the Greens build a deeper bench in state and local politics, the house, and congress generally.

      We should focus our actions, time, and resources on Direct Action, Mutual Aid, and Community Outreach.

        The greens have three mayors. The rest of their elected officials are all committee members and school board types. Our political system is not set up for such a party to have the presidency, by design. Dr. Stein should be running for congress, at most, until there are enough greens in the federal government to start making demands of the Dem party and form a coalition. Why is she committed to tilting at this windmill instead?
