These aren’t like the cluster munitions the Soviet Union used in Afghanistan. These have a lower failure rate and aren’t camouflaged.
Doesn’t matter much if they are better. They are still hell on civilians, but this is an existential threat. There are going to be no Ukrainians if they don’t get more ammo
Yes it’s Ukraine’s choice and I suspect this will save lives in the long run by ending the war sooner.
