        My dutch housemste is obsessed with cheese and it’s importance to the dutch people. I’m considering using Stay fresh, cheese bag! as a farewell when he goes out tonight but he would probably get offended. I guess my sense of humour is bad.

          Haha say “doei” to him as he leaves. It’s a colloquial goodbye in Dutch and it might make him uneasy to randomly hear something so familiar outside the Netherlands.

          (It’s pronounced “doo-ee”)

          Cheese-bag is “kaas-zak” if you want to say that also.
