First of all, Democrats don’t control congress. Expecting them to do the impossible is ludicrous.

Secondly, we’re talking about these specific Democrats and not all Democrats. Please do not muddy the waters.

So, again, what should these specific Democrats do?

First of all, Democrats don’t control congress

The GOP majority is so razor thin that the power of the speaker is pretty much the only difference between the current situation and them being in control. And the speaker’s chair is getting awfully wobbly…

Secondly, we’re talking about these specific Democrats and not all Democrats. Please do not muddy the waters.

      Ok, that’s fair. My apologies.

So, again, what should these specific Democrats do?

Lobby their colleagues in the Senate and the White House for the aforementioned boycott and sanctions, rally their constituency behind the cause, generally do a better job of forcefully repudiating the criminal leader of a fascist apartheid regime currently committing genocide than saying lukewarm stuff like “it’s not a good time right now” and “too divisive”

What makes you think they aren’t doing that?

They’re literally doing more than that. RTFA. Hell, read the one sentence quote from the article at the top.

So they’re doing what you want and it’s still not good enough.

Pelosi, Himes, and Peters were among the 173 House Democrats who last month voted to approve $26 billion in new U.S. military aid to Israel, in addition to the nearly $4 billion it already gets from Washington each year.

It’s all talk. When it comes to actual actions, they support Israel 100% of the time.

They did that to get funding for Ukraine and you know it.
