Guess it’s a lot of work for you and not too much, comparatively, for some massive scale corporation. Though I have found that I like it either from grounds or freshly ground.

If I did, those would also be simpler and less mechanized processes than the industrial ones.

I looked it up. Basically they make coffee the normal way (hot water) and then sublimate the water away.
Precisely. More complicated, more machines. You just outsourced the overcomplication.
