@teamevil true, however, no one is ever truly ready for bombings and war. You can mitigate damage, but you still have damage and casualties. It’s rather like throwing a rock into a puddle of water. Everybody knows the mud and water will fly and they may start moving away, but somebody is still going to wear some of the mud and water.
