Seems historically the posts that do well here are written articles but I don’t often read articles. If I’m interested in something I’ll find a book and read that because it’ll be way more informative than an article likely written by someone who is not an expert.
But I doubt linking books here will do much better.
That said Total Competition by Ross Brawn and Adam Parr, The Chariot Makers by Steve Matchett, How to Build a Car by Adam Parr and Peter Noble, and Surviving to Drive by Guenther Steiner, are all bangers if you’re interested in books on cars! Racing and car design for racing specifically.
