Ha! I can take that risk as it feels great to see this post have over 250 votes in six hours. Lemmy is getting more traction.

I’ve never understood the value of a thread that spoils the race results. I wish we could just post a race results discussion thread without putting the results in the title or image.

Same. I was being careful to slowly scroll so I could see if a post was from c/formula1 (my app shows the community at the top), but then something loaded and my feed jumped, putting this post right in the center of my screen. Oh well.

Yeah wish the title would omit the winner.

I just don’t open Lemmy (or reddit, before), if I don’t watch the race live.

I had blocked the sub on Reddit from my homepage after being spoiled a couple of times. Hope we get that feature in the Lemmy apps someday.

Wefwef/Voyager can block communities. Don’t know how it works, since I haven’t used it, but the button is there.

On Wefwef, it completely blocks the community and not just filter it from homepage. It just needs to be tweaked and get a filter for homepage, but it’s good that the option is there. I might just send a feedback on this feature.

Hmm. Maybe one should submit a request for a ‘spoiler block’ feature
