Good for her, tipping needs to go, time to pay people what they’re worth instead of demanding the customer do so.
It won’t go. Our wait staff makes at least minimum wage and we still tip. Sure you can argue if minim is enough but I don’t tip the shed people or cashier’s at grocery stores.
