In a lawsuit, Lauren Pisciotta alleges the star sent her lewd texts and performed sex acts while on the phone with her, according to US media.

She claims she was fired in 2022, but that a $3 million (£2.4 million) severance package was never paid.

The BBC has contacted West’s lawyer for a response to her allegations, but has yet to receive a reply.

The lawsuit was first reported in the US by TMZ, and later confirmed by Rolling Stone, The Wrap and US Weekly, which says court papers were filed on Monday in the US.

Always surprising to me to hear about sexual harassment and assault complaints about rich folks. Like bruh, you’re rich, you can absolutely pay for very high (or very low, I’m not judging) class sex workers who will happily do all the weird stuff you want. Hell you could even be the person in those hypothetical questions and see if the dude whos all, “yea id never slob a knob, not even for a million bucks” is legit or not. No need for psyop powerplay nonsense or powerharassing assistants, the hell.

Well, this kind of things are rarely purely about the sex. It’s not an hedonist desire for pleasure, but about the taboo exertion of absolute power and ownership over a person that is unwilling, or is illegal for them, to submit. Just like how some rapists aren’t doing it for the orgasm, but for the violence of subduing and dominating a person. Now, a healthy person would be satisfied with a fantasy, some would venture for a consensual role play. Psychopaths with unlimited power and money know they can access and usually get away with the real event.

Everything in the world is about sex except sex. Sex is about power.

I think for those people it’s usually the excitement of doing something that’s frowned upon in the sexual context. It’s the same idea as in incest porn. People don’t like that because the idea of incest is great, but because of the excitement about it’s illegality and maybe even it’s exclusivity.
