BREAKING: Scott Ritter’s passport was just seized by the US State Department after boarding a flight to a conference in St. Petersburg.
This follows actions against other independent journalists and media outlets, including InfoWars.

Ritter is a former UN weapons inspector and RT writer known for criticizing the US State Department and Pentagon.
Americans, as far as I know, are free to go to any country and talk with any person, as long as no ‘laws’ are broken.

I acknowledge that I may be tricked or fall for ‘misinformation’, but I try really hard to learn and to continue to speak with people that do not think or agree with my way of viewing the world.

I use twitter as a way to share information people on lemmy would not see, while also being another social media where influential and people with power share news.
