I’ve mostly gotten glazed/confused/vaguely frightened looks from people who’ve asked about my shoes, or when conversations about footwear have come up. (I’m not stopping people on the street and proselytizing mind you.)
Do you have to fight the urge to approach people wearing shoes with 4-inch thick soles, shouting, “Vivo saves!!” 😏
What’s your experience been when discussing your footwear with ‘civilians’? 🤔
I’ve had people listen to me ramble about the benefits and call back to ‘Born to Run’. They always seem to understand the reasoning but never go much further than an “I’ll have to check it out”. I think it’d be easier to get people to try it if there were more brick and mortar stores carrying a few brands. Even 1 brand would probably be more than enough to get someone to see how comfortable proper fitting footwear can be.
