Yeah sorry, adhd doesn’t work like that. Executive dysfunction is paralytic no matter what tricks you use.
I really wish it was just something we could trick ourselves into, but the only thing that has ever worked for me is chemicals
I don’t know, man; I used a few easy tricks to manage my ADHD and now there are no dishes in my sink and no garbage on my tables. You aren’t ruled by a diagnosis. You just need to work with your individual strengths and weaknesses.
