  1. Make the pain of not doing it greater than the pain of doing it.

  2. Make the pleasure of doing it greater than the pleasure of not doing it.

    I don’t know, man; I used a few easy tricks to manage my ADHD and now there are no dishes in my sink and no garbage on my tables. You aren’t ruled by a diagnosis. You just need to work with your individual strengths and weaknesses.
