The YouTuber known as Alex Choi was arrested Wednesday and charged with causing the placement of an explosive or incendiary device on an aircraft, the DOJ said.

Mexican aviation authorities gave approval to crash an airliner and film it. They would probably approve this with proper ~~precautions~~ cash
