It was an ad agency/recording studio/niche audio catalog. He had his fingers in a lot of pies. He also lived upstairs (it was a giant Victorian farmhouse with the downstairs converted into the business) and would regularly head up to hit the bong before going back to his office.

He’s out of business now, but he somehow managed to keep that company going for a good 25 years before it crashed and burned.
