When the whole Reddit fiasco started happening, I saw a lot of people wiping and deleting their Reddit accounts and moving elsewhere, like here on Lemmy.

Now that it’s starting to die down a little bit, does anyone regret doing that? Or are you glad that you took that step?

    Theres not much to regret. I didn’t have anything if value on my reddit account, and if there was anything that I had saved and wanted to remember, I’d just screenshot or download it before nuking my account

    Beyond that, there’s just meaningless comments and karma, both of which are irrelevant to me
