So I have a question, I just purchased a Google Nest Mini 2 so that I could add a smart device that only connects to Google Assistant. I set everything up, I go to add the device, find it, select it, sign into link the accounts and it says “Device is Linked to account” but then Immediately follows with “Something went Wrong. Try again.”

Is there a step I’m missing, I’ve used HomeKit before but it seems that adding device is completely different through Google Home and I’m at my wits end.

Any advice would be nice and I apologize if I’m posting in the wrong community.

    Try reading the device to your Moen account, then try linking Moen to Google again.

      This may sound dumb but what does “Reading the device to My Moen account” mean?
