How have you found training frequency to affect your workout results? What would be the difference if you bench pressed only once per 10 days compared to 2-3 times per week?
I think it really depends on what my volume is. I bench 3x a week, and I’m totally fine, but I don’t go so hard that I can’t recover in a day. There’s definitely a point where doing more is counterproductive when you can’t recover by the time you need to train again.
