minus-squareisleslinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up6·9 months agoThey don’t have to - if the penalty is a fine, then it’s just the cost of business. Everyone is fine with the system - as long as the profits gained from breaking the rule are bigger than the fine, behavior won’t change.
