i wasn’t harassing anyone. a mod dm’ed me and i said “don’t fucking dm me” and then i got banned.
I ignore all DMs because they are always creepy people looking for sex.

FYI: I am not sure if just sending DMs can be seen as harrassing people, I send DMs as well, unless it is closer to what is quoted below; Lemmy has rules against these types of things and reports can be done to Admins:

It expires in 1 day, many of us have been bans for a few days before, that is how we learn to be more civil on forums, some are an over reach, but the house makes the rules.
