Jews can be white. Being jewish is a religion. His comment (or the one he supported) is targeted at that religious group. No statement of hatred towards a skin color, specifically. This is potentially antisemitic, perhaps bigotry, but not racist.
Any other examples? Elon is a douche, but not every douche is a racist.
You have to love someone who would likely never dare tell a trans person their gender is wrong, but has no problem telling a Jew what their religion and ethnicity are as if they get to define it.
