This part: “Most routine business transactions (purchases, travel, reservations) take place between a human and a virtual personality.” is obviously correct. “Often, the virtual presentation includes an animated visual presence that looks like a human face” I guess this would also be correct, unless you are misinterpreting “often” to mean “most”.
