minus-square@yesmanlink6•3 days agoThe constitution is just a bunch of laws. How can an official act by a POTUS possibly be bound by it? Honestly, how can any court review any law signed by a POTUS? Isn’t signing legislature an official act?

The constitution is just a bunch of laws. How can an official act by a POTUS possibly be bound by it?
