We’ve had the machine on the right for years. We bought it new. We bought the one on the left at the Liquidators restaurant auction. I’ve got vanilla base in both. I’m going to put one batch in the freezer for the family and the other in 125 ml cups for my sons softball team. (Canadian) Smartie, I think.
Restaurant auction sounds really interesting, did you get any other good scores?
The ice cream maker is the only thing I’ve bought. I look every month for anything ice cream related but it’s mostly soft serve and froyo machines. I would love to buy a hard I’ve cream batch freezer or commercial milkshake mixer but they’re really expensive and I just can’t justify it.
