Perhaps mess around with depth of field (e.g. by increasing the Aperture F number, or moving back a bit and cropping the result or changing the point of best focus) to get a bit more of the flower in focus - for I’m guessing the flower was much more striking to your eye than this photo suggests, and demanded its photo be taken.
Depending on your gear you might also have slight camera shake blurring.
Heh, so my comments might not be that helpful, sorry! That said, you may find with the right app you can get more control than you expected (e.g. on Android “Camera FV-5” gives control over aperture, ISO and shutter speed).
