Clive Lewis has been openly a republican for years.
I’m not saying that he wasn’t I’m just saying that now more people are aware of republicanism growing in a country that seemed to love their monarchy just a few years ago.
Most of the respect for the monarchy came from admiration of the Queen.
So it may have dipped slightly, but the monarchy isn’t going anywhere.
