The last three known survivors of the Tulsa Race Massacre – one of the country’s deadliest acts of racial violence – will appeal a judge’s recent decision to dismiss their lawsuit seeking reparations to the state Supreme Court, their attorneys announced Monday.

They don’t even mention the name of the case or direct link to the decision so we can read for ourselves. They do mention some arguments that were made by both sides, but made no mention of what reasoning is actually in the decision.
Judge Caroline Wall on Friday found that “upon hearing the arguments of counsel and considering the briefs filed by counsel for plaintiffs and counsel for defendants” the plaintiffs’ Second Amendment petition “should and shall be” dismissed with prejudice, court records show.
I’m even more confused now. Were the plaintiffs attempting to bring this lawsuit on Second Amendment grounds?
