Foreign carmakers in China face increasing challenges in the EV market. Chinese EV makers are expected to occupy 70% of the EV market by 2030 while facing increasing EU and US tariffs.
Looks like the European and American car manufacturers tactic of waiting out and doing nothing to get into EV stuff while lobbying for continuous existence of their beloved combustion engine based designs didn’t work out.
