So we are supposed to vote for someone we don’t know because they are younger as if the Presidency is a mating ritual for the Supreme Man at the height of biological fitness? Sounds like a floozy. Presidents are about power networks. People can be fast, smart, and athletic and still make stupid decisions that aren’t good for the country. They can be intelligently devious and selfish instead of fighting for their constituents. There is a lot of value in experience and gestalt understanding. Networks of friends take decades to build. You need those friends when you are trying to build effective programs.
