They do turn (mostly) green when you coo them, but the kids still think they’re super interesting, which is a win.

minus-square@IMALlamaOPlinkEnglish4•5 months agoI bought the seeds at pine tree, they call them Purple Pod Pole Bean. They’re pretty tall and beat my Kentucky pole beans to production.
Looks like the Scarlet Emperor Pole Beans that I grew last year. Not the tastiest but by far the prettiest bean I’ve ever grown.
