Well, it was animated in South Korea, so it sorta is. But it’s Western animation in the sense that it’s produced by Nickelodeon and its creators are American.
Even if it was animated in SK, it’s not ‘anime’; that’s exclusively for Japanese shows. Not to mention, a lot of anime is actually animated in China these days, so what really matters is the language and/or the location of the production I guess…
