Please stop reporting all OF models as spam. If a post is off-topic, report is as off-topic. If community rules forbid OF models from posting, report that. If a user is flooding a sub with multiple posts a day in a row, that’s a legit report as well.
Otherwise a post by an OF model is not in and of itself spam, even if it is made by a <ferengi>female</ferengi> with the temerity to control her own sexuality.

Isn’t banning accounts sort of an empty threat in the fediverse?
Reddit was looking at IPs and I think doing some browser fingerprinting to prevent ban evasion. As far as I know none of the lemmy instances have anything like that and even if they did couldn’t you just go to another instance that’s federated with the one you’re banned from?
Also no one wants to see a bunch of advertising for OF accounts. Maybe full rips of popular accounts, but not just an ad to subscribe to that account.
