It’s arguing semantics to the layperson, but as former military war has a very precise definition. It’s in this way Biden is technically correct. I don’t agree, and seeing how much everyone in the military has a murder-boner is one reason I got out. The other reason is that I disliked almost everyone I interacted with.
Wasn’t the last war WW2 and we haven’t declared war since then? They have all been militarily operations or something like that. If so it been a while and he’s not technically correct.
