I mean ya pretty much nailed it lol. Britt can do a temp. heel. She can be a good bitch, but we love her and we will pop for her so it’s tough for her to do heel long term. Mercedes can be a temp. face, she can garner sympathy and she sells like a champ. Her promo’s have always been meh when trying to be face (not that her heel ones are the tits either), but she oozes charisma and can be a bitch much easier.
Britt was a much better heel than a face at first. You have to remember how bad of a face she was. Her promos were awful! We wouldn’t even be talking about Britt if she had stayed face!
