    …do people think that vegans eat a 75% fat diet? The majority of most most vegan diets is probably starch, legumes, and green vegetables, with significant vegetable fats (olive, sunflower, coconut and peanut oil, most likely).

    Almond is my favorite flavor and I don’t even eat almonds every week (nor have I eaten avocado since I moved to a place where they don’t grow, because they’re terrible here, but that’s different). I do eat a lot of soy, but tofu is not the reason that rainforests are being clearcut for soybean fields. That’s done to make room for animal feed, so, you know, not vegan purposes.
