What has you drinking?
Personally i am not drinking months at a time. I’ve reached a point where i can drink a single beer and then go back to not drinking for a while again, although I’ve had some crashes over the years.
But the interval i can measure in years now. Those crashes were all significant turmoil in my life i couldn’t handle…
It always took a lot of strength to pull myself out though.
I know, right?
For me it was the realization that what I got out of drinking was not worth the consequences. Ymmv, of course.
I am rooting for you to find the right reason to stop drinking. It really isn’t worth it.
