The FBI says former President Donald Trump has agreed to be interviewed as part of the investigation into the attempted assassination in Pennsylvania earlier this month.
I don’t think anything will come of it, but just in case you’re not aware, it’s a crime to lie to the FBI. So while they’re interviewing Trump as a victim, if he knowingly lied about something, even unrelated to the shooting, that could be the basis for criminal charges.
