Governor Maura Healey has signed the fiscal year 2025 state budget that includes online lottery sales with proceeds from its revenue supporting a grant program for early childhood education and care.
This is crazy. With sports betting, I get that there’s some aspect of skills required. Sure, you could guess winners correctly but for most people that would end up just losing money in the real world.
